Editorial Board Member

1. In order to improve the editing and publishing quality of the Chung Cheng University Journal of Finance and Economics and Law and to promote the dissemination and exchange of legal research results, the National Chung Cheng University has established the Organization Charter of the Chung Cheng University Journal of Finance and Economics and Law Editorial Committee (hereinafter referred to as this Charter).

2. The organization and responsibilities of this committee are as follows:

(1)Chief Editor: Manage the editing and review of the journal, consult the editorial committee, decide on the reviewers and the publication of the manuscripts in each issue.

(2) One Executive Editor: to coordinate editorial matters of the publication.

(3) 10 to 13 editorial review committee members (at least 8 external members): participate in manuscript review, recommend review committee members, and provide advisory opinions on the publication.

(4) Editor-in-charge: After the manuscript is received, the editor-in-charge will recommend two reviewers in fields related to the manuscript for further review.

3. Members of this committee shall meet the following requirements:

(1) On-campus members: Those who have the qualification of full-time assistant professor or above with a specialty in law at the university.

(2) External members: experts and scholars who have served as associate professors or above in colleges and universities.

4. The selection process for members of this committee is as follows:

(1)Editor-in-Chief: The head of the department or a professor-level teacher.

(2) The candidates for executive editor and editorial review committee shall be selected by the chief editor and reported to the departmental affairs meeting for approval before the appointment letter is issued.

(3) Editor-in-charge: A full-time teacher of the department.

The term of office of the committee members is three years, and the proportion of full-time faculty members of the department should not exceed one-third of the total number of members. If there is a change of position or resignation, the replacement shall be made in accordance with the procedure in the preceding paragraph.

5. This committee shall be convened by the editor-in-chief and may hold editorial meetings according to the number of issues published. Matters to be discussed include: deciding on paper review results, manuscript sources, review of the editorial system, publication layout, specifications, and other related editorial matters.

6. The charter of this organization shall be implemented after being approved by the department meeting, and the same applies to amendments.
